Return Policy


Classy Crossroads Boutique ships domestic orders for Free over $100 via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail on Monday - Friday. This is generally a 3-day service. Please note this is not a guarantee, and some packages may require 5 – 7 business day delivery. If you need rush delivery, our shipping staff can provide you with these quotes, which will be provided at check out for USPS Express Mail. This is a guaranteed overnight or 2 day delivery. UPS & FedEx Next Day Air is also available by request.

Once the package is released from Classy Crossroads Boutique and received by the customer you are completely responsible for the shipment once it is delivered to your address.

Classy Crossroads Boutique offers Pre-Orders on new boot styles. If the style and size shows a “ships by” date, this means the item is not in stock, but on order. For Example: Size 7 – Ships by 8/1/15, means that the boots will ship out to you no later than August 30, 2015. Once the order is placed, your credit card is charged immediately. Pre-order Cancellations incur a $30 processing fee.


Returns and Exchanges must be authorized within 7 days after the customer receives shipment. If your purchase you for a gift (ie Christmas / Birthday), please request an extension in the Comment Section, and one of our staff members will approve the request. The return period starts on the day the product is received by customer until the day Classy Crossroads Boutique receives product back in store. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Classy Crossroads Boutique. No call tag or return label will be included or issued to customers for returns.

*Please note that if you are ordering boots, the leather process and distressing is normal. All our cowboy boots are handmade by the manufacture and have been thoroughly inspected for true "defects." If you have questions about any pair of boots please contact our stylists for additional information. 

Products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Product must have original tags and must not have been worn, laundered, or altered from its original condition.

Customers with Returns/Exchanges have the following options:

1. Refund original method of payment minus 15% re-stocking fee OR receive an in store credit of products full value to be used for next purchase.

2. Exchange for a different item or the same item in a different size. The only expense is the cost of shipping the boots back to Classy Crossroads Boutique.

3. Accept an online store credit for the full amount of the original purchase. This credit does not expire until it is used.

4. All Closeout items are FINAL SALES...Any Promotional/Sale purchases are eligible for store credit/exchange only. No refunds!

** Holiday Return Policy **

Any purchases made for the Christmas Holiday must have a return request received by January 15th in order to receive an exchange or internal store credit. All other above return policies remain the same.


To Return/Exchange an item, follow these steps:

Please allow 7-10 business days for refund transactions to settle. Requests for online store credit are issued immediately. Exchanges (if in stock) usually ship the day after receipt of return.

Refunds are NOT permitted after the first exchange.

International Shipping:

Classy Crossroads Boutique provides international shipping via USPS, UPS & Fedex. Quotes are given at check out based on product weight and destination. Please contact us by phone at 904-653-4725 or email us at Classy.CrossRoad@gmail.com to request shipment to countries not currently available through our shipping system. Please note that all import taxes, including VAT, import duties, etc. are paid for by the customer.

At Classy Crossroads Boutique we work hard to keep the latest, most exclusive boots & apparel styles in stock. In addition, if you are ordering boots please note that the styles we carry are hand made and may vary in coloring and texture based on the type of leather.
